No. You pay once and it ends when the period is over. There is no auto-renewal at all, so there is nothing to cancel. Buy again whenever you want to keep listening.
What is the difference between a pass and “Own it”?
A pass lets you listen to everything for a period. “Own it” buys the audio file itself — it costs more and never expires. Listen with a pass first, then keep the tracks you love.
How much goes to the artists?
Pass revenue is pooled and split by verified plays of 30 seconds or more. Download revenue goes to that track’s creator, less our fee. Artists can open their own settlement page at any time and see plays and amounts for themselves — no waiting for a quarterly statement.
Can I get a refund?
If you have not played a single track, we refund in full within 7 days of payment. After you have listened, we cannot refund the remaining period — artist settlement is already computed from play records. Contact us with your order number via the board or the contact form.
Bought a pass but it is not open?
You may have switched browsers, or issuing may have failed. Enter your order number and the email you used, and we will link it to this browser.
A pass covers listening on this site and does not include downloading the audio files. Please contact us for any use beyond personal listening (broadcast, advertising, video sync).
